I feel that technology is a very imortant aspect to children's education. A computer can connect a child in so many ways to unlimited resources and information. As a future teacher I want to learn more about types of technology and how to integrate that into a lesson.

3) This project integrates literacy and language skills. The children are practicing writing and reading while creating their story board. This project has the potential to integrate all curriculum dending upon the directions given to the children. The students could create a story about a history lesson or a math lesson. This project could lead to many other learning opportunities for children.
4) My goal for this project is to create a fun and interesting story. If I can become more famililar with storybird.com I will be able to teach the students better and help them answer questions. If I can become more fimiliar with technology and how to use programs I will be a better teacher of technology.

By creating a story board the children will learn more about a topic, and work on literacy and technology skills as well. The children will go through a great deal of trial and error. It will take them a while to become familiar with the web page. Once the children play around on the web page they will understand how to create a story. This project will help children learn more about the computer and how to resolve a problem. The students will sequence a story they have written and match illustrations to their story.
